On October 26, 2018 the NJ Center for the Book hosted the event, POETRY INDEED, at the Livingston Campus Student Center of Rutgers University in Piscataway. The New Jersey Center for the Book was proud to announce at this celebration of its 5th anniversary the Stellar Science Spectacular, and event held at the Liberty Science Center in October 2007 to promote science literacy. In April 2006 the NJ Center for the Book dedicated a special poster, New Jersey Notable Books, 1995-2005 in honor of New Jersey authors. The poster was unveiled at the Art of the Book program the Center co-sponsored with the Rutgers Rare Book Library at the Rutgers Newark Dana Library.
